  6. Dejamos reposar la masa hasta el día siguiente en la nevera para que el aroma y el sabor de las especias esté más potenciado.
  7. Pasado ese tiempo, precalentamos el horno a 180°C con calor arriba y abajo.
  8. Con un cortador de galleta cortamos nuestras galletas y las colocamos en una bandeja de horno con papel de horno.
  9. Con la masa sobrante de los recortes, formamos una bola, estiramos y repetimos el proceso.
  10. Horneamos durante 12 minutos a 180°C o hasta que empiecen a dorarse.
  11. Las sacamos del horno, las dejamos enfriar completamente sobre una rejilla y listas!
