  1. Estos son los ingredientes:
  2. Ponemos a cocer la pasta siguiendo instrucciones del envase. Reservaremos un poco de agua de su cocción.
  3. Picamos las cebolletas:
  4. Empezamos sofriendo la parte blanca de la cebolleta, removemos un poco y añadiremos el resto de la cebolleta con un poco de sal para que se hagan primero.
  5. Cuando esté blandita añadimos los copos de chile, removemos un poco y añadimos el hummus. Seguidamente, incorporamos agua de la cocción de la pasta que habíamos reservado.
  6. Vamos removiendo para que todo se integre e iremos echando agua hasta que tenga una textura cremosa.
  7. Habiendo conseguido que todo esté bien integrado y que su textura sea cremosa, añadimos la pasta.
