Una receta de hummus muy rica mis Patycofans os encantara!
Es la primera vez que lo hago y me ha enamorado. Le he puesto mi toque personal con la elaboración de la pasta de sésamo casera que con toda certeza le da un toque aún más rico, los garbanzos también los he cocido para la ocasión.

Empecemos:

- Los garbanzos los he puesto en remojo durante 12 horas, los he colocado en agua caliente con sal y un chorro de aceite de oliva y los he cocido durante 25 minutos en la olla rápida y los he dejado enfriar por completo antes de empezar con la preparación. - Añadir el zumo de medio limón...

- Añadir la pizca de comino...

- Añadiremos la mitad del agua...

- Y mezclamos batiendo con la mini-pimer poco a poco, la mezcla es muy pesada, debemos tener cuidado de no cargar la batidora, vamos añadiendo el resto del agua hasta terminar...

- La textura así para mi es perfecta, pero si la queréis más ligera podéis añadir otro pelín de agua, hasta que quede a vuestro gusto, probamos de sal y rectificamos si es el caso...

- Para emplatar colocar el hummus en un plato hondo, con una cuchara le ahondamos una bonita forma, bañamos con un buen chorro de aceite, espolvoreamos el pimentón dulce y el cilantro para terminar adornando con los granitos de garbanzo...

- Podéis comerlo sobre galletitas saladas o con palitos de verdura como apio o zanahoria...
