  10. 150 g mascarpone
  11. 150 g queso de untar
  12. 90 g dátiles o pasta de dátiles
  13. Esencia de vainilla

  16. 185 g cerezas descorazonadas
  17. 1 hoja gelatina
  18. Chocolate negro s/a

  1. Trituramos todos los ingredientes de la base y aplastamos en la base del molde. Reservamos.
  2. Hidratamos las hojas de gelatina en agua fría y las disolvemos en la leche caliente.
  3. Trituramos los dátiles y, en un bol, vertemos la leche y el resto de ingredientes. Mezclamos con unas varillas hasta que este todo bien integrado y llevamos al molde.
  4. Metemos 4h en la nevera o 1’30h en congelador hasta que haya cuajado un poco.
  5. Hidratamos la hoja de gelatina, la disolvemos con 1 cda de agua caliente y mezlcamos con las cerezas bien trituradas. Vertemos encima de la tarta.
  6. Esperamos otra hora y media de congelador, decoramos con un poco de chocolate rallado y ¡lista!
