  4. Dejaremos hervir una media hora o 40 minutos, probaremos a ver si nos gusta el sabor (yo no le puse sal, puesto que esta crema me gusta dulzona, sentir bien la calabaza) Antes de batir, echaremos los quesitos.
  5. Retiraremos del fuego y pasaremos la batidora, hasta formar una crema homogénea. Sin grumos y de textura suave (podéis subir y bajar para que entre aire y se generen burbujitas) Poner al fuego y dar unas vueltas más a fuego fuerte y retirar. Servir caliente o fría.
