  2. Cuando la col lombarda esté hecha (al dente), 10-12 minutos aprox., la reservamos (sacar a un plato). Añadimos el jamón a la sartén, dejamos que suelte la grasilla unos segundos y añadimos la carne picada. Lo sofreímos a fuego medio y a mitad de cocción (2 minutos) se añade un chorreón de vino blanco. Se cuece otros 2-3 minutos a fuego fuerte. IMPORTANTE: no hacer la carne de más, aún hay que meterla en el horno y se podría quedar muy seca.
  3. Se añade la col lombarda nuevamente, sal (no mucha, que tenemos taquitos de jamón), pimienta, tomate triturado y orégano. Se cuece a fuego fuerte 3-4 minutos.
  4. Por otro lado se hace el puré de patatas. Se añade agua y leche a partes iguales en un cazo (a ojo, debe quedar espeso el puré, en mi caso puse 300 ml de cada). Cuando esté muy caliente (sin que hierva la leche), se aparta del fuego y se añaden los copos de puré (100 gr) poco a poco mientras removemos, hasta que espese.
  5. Se añaden dos cucharadas de puré a la mezcla y se remueve para que compacte un poco. Se echa en una fuente y se compacta. Se añade el puré de patatas y se extiende. Espolvoreamos queso rallado.
  6. Se mete a gratinar en el horno (fuego solo arriba) hasta que el queso esté fundido y el puré se haya tostado un poco. A disfrutar!
