Lo trituramos todo y que quede una salsa bastante líquida. Prueba de sal.

- En una sartén con 2 cucharadas de aceite ponemos la cebolla y zanahoria y dejamos unos 3/4’ a fuego medio que se haga. Al estar cortado pequeño no tarda mucho. Añade el brócoli y remueve, déjalo unos 2 o 3’ y ya está listo. Ponlo en un bol grande donde puedas mezclar todo.



- Añade la manzana, la granada, los arándanos escurridos y la ralladura de limón. Remuévelo todo bien. Sirve en un plato, le pones unos pocos de frutos secos por encima que has tostado y servimos la salsa aparte, que cada uno se ponga. Buen provecho.
