Ponemos un pelín de aceite en una sartén (si el pescado es congelado, cuidado, por que se pega) cuando el aceite esté caliente ponemos en la sartén el pescado sobre el lado de la piel, dejamos 3-4 minutos que se cocine y damos la vuelta, lo mismo, 3-4 minutos, sellamos los lados y las zonas menos hechas. Si te gusta jugosito, déjalo así, si lo prefieres más hecho, dale un toque de horno.
  4. Ya está listo, se emplata y nada, te separas 5 minutos y el chef ya te ha jodio la mitad🤦🏽‍♀️-El michi ha disfrutado cada segundo cocinando, no ha estado en peligro en ningún momento y ha catado el plato a mis espaldas, gran ayudante!-
