La cantidad de pan será la suficiente hasta alcanzar el espesor deseado, por eso ponemos primero una parte y seguimos añadiendo si hace falta. La cantidad de aceite también dependerá de la untuosidad que buscamos.
  4. Lo batimos todo hasta dejarlo muy fino. Seguidamente se dejará enfriar un par de horas.
  5. Se presentará en platitos o cuencos individuales con huevo duro picadito y jamón o atún. El de la foto lleva la inicial del nombre porque, la porra ha servido de puestos de mesa.
  6. Y esta es mi versión de salmorejo o porra, como le quieras llamar.😀😀
